Ecology, Minor Anthropology Anticipated Year of Graduation: Spring 2026 What collections are you working with: Zooarchaeology Who is your staff/faculty mentor: Dr. Suzanne Pilaar Birch and Dr. Victor Thompson What are your interests (academic & otherwise): Herpetology, parasitology, freshwater ecology, managing museum collections, preparing specimens for collections, video games, my cat What are you doing with your collection during your internship: Organizing the zooarchaeology collection, digitizing records, specimen preparation What made you want to do an internship with GMNH: This is my third semester working for the museum. Since my first internship, I have become interested in managing museum collections as a future career path. I am hoping to gain as much hands-on experience as I can during my time before I graduate to help me start a career in collections management.
