Manowski is a published, award-winning biomedical media producer and art director with demonstrated success in both illustration and animation. Her work revolves around converting complex medical and scientific subjects into visual content tailored for the appropriate audience while maintaining a delicate balance between aesthetics and efficacy. Amanda received her BFA in Scientific Illustration from the University of Georgia and her MS in Medical Illustration from the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University. As an educator, Amanda has a strong passion for lifelong learning by sharing industry experience with students and equipping them with the tools they need to excel in the biological arts at the undergraduate level and beyond. Her work has been recognized at the W3 Media Awards, Communicator Awards, Nyx Awards, MUSE Creative Awards, and the Association of Medical Illustrators' juried exhibition. She has been featured in five Maxon animation showcases over three years, and her contributions have been accepted to the Fernbank Science Center and the Guild of Natural Science Illustrators salon.
